Is your order incomplete? Oops, we made a mistake and understand your frustration. Please contact us via the contact form and we will get back to you within 1 working day.

My order was broken upon arrival.

We do our utmost to ensure that your package arrives in good order. It can sometimes happen that something breaks. Contact us immediately and we will handle the return shipment with you.

What are the delivery costs?

The shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are €4.95
The shipping costs for other countries depend on the weight of the shipment and are shown during the checkout of your order.

What are your delivery times?

We do our utmost to deliver your order to the delivery service within 1 working day, after which it will be delivered within 1 - 2 working days. It may take a little longer due to crowds around holidays.

As soon as we have packed and delivered your order, you will receive a track and trace number from us that you can follow.
